Merry Christmas!!

Ball Ornaments - Clear Glass

All kinds of ideas for things you can do with clear glass ornaments...

Using a Mini Winter Scene - Place face snow and put tiny little
pinecones in the ball and replace the cover.

Number 2 - Mini Nature.
Using bird seed-open the top of the ball and
fill it one-third of the way to the top. Get some artificial
pine and a cinnamon stick branch-replace the top and then put a
tiny little bird you get from the store. These are very cute
when then are finished and I use my hot glue gun for it all.

Christmas Ornaments - Clear Glass

Popcorn filled... Its simple Remove the metal top. Place 15-25 kernels
of microwavable popcorn in the ornament. (Take away some of the
oily stuff.) Leave in the microwave for 1-2 minutes inside a
paper bag. Listen carefully, you may not need to leave them in
for a full two minutes. It will be hot when it is done popping
so be carefull. Sprinkle some glitter in if you like. Hang it
from you tree with a little pretty ribbon on top!!

Place photos in inside them. One time I took a picture of my
kid at halloween and placed it inside. It is best if you cut the
picture in a circle. To hold the picture in place - put some
tinsel behind it. I gave them to the kids along with a ribbon.

For a beachy kind of look fill them with shells!

Fill with silk fs. Take apart some colorful silk fs then
place them down the neck.

Sand Art!
Fill with layers of different colored sand.

Refurbish 'Em: Clear Glass Christmas Ornaments

Dont buy new ones when, take old scratched balls (or new ones)
and soak them in full strength bleach for several minutes.
Rinse the bleach away with warm water The silver color of the
ball will be removed by the bleach. To remove all the silver you
might have to use a q-tip. Its much more affordable then buying new balls.
